The Federation polls its club members atregular intervals to determine philatelic opinion on suchmatters as proposed new stamp issues for the UnitedStates. Membership through joining a member stampclub. Association for Stamp Exhibitions. A non-profit associa-tion of collectors and dealers for the purpose of stagingInternational Philatelic Exhibitions in the United States.Such events take place once every ten years.
